Workplace sexual harassment inquiries are no longer straightforward. With hybrid work models, constant digital communication, and growing employee awareness, Internal Committees (ICs) are expected to manage cases that involve:
• Digital evidence such as emails, chats, screenshots, and call logs
• Senior leadership and power imbalances
• Sensitive situations requiring both empathy and objectivity
• Reports that can withstand legal and organizational scrutiny
Even experienced IC members often find that basic training isn’t enough when faced with such challenges. That’s why we’ve designed a specialized program that focuses on advanced, hands-on learning.

- ✔ Case studies, group reflection, and action planning
Along the way, we’ll explore deep-dive topics like credibility assessments, tech evidence handling, patterns of behavior, grooming, and managing surprises during inquiries.
