By 13 May 2027, every Data Fiduciary in India must be able to demonstrate - not just claim - compliance with the DPDP Act, 2023 and DPDP Rules, 2025. The Data Protection Board's enforcement powers activate a full six months earlier, on 13 November 2026.
That leaves a narrow window for CISOs, CIOs, CTOs, CFOs and Legal teams to align on one obligation register, one breach decision tree and one remediation budget, before a regulator, an auditor, or an incident forces the issue.

Why You Shouldn't Miss This
Every material DPDPA decision is cross-functional. The CISO can't design Rule 6 safeguards without the CTO's data paths; Legal can't file a 72-hour breach report without logs the CIO's estate produces; the CFO can't price the exposure without the inventory. Briefing these functions separately produces four inconsistent programmes, this session produces one.
